  • Low Carb dieting and low insulin:

Melissa was on a low-carb diet (not avoiding carbohydrates completely) and also was on a high protein diet for 5 hours before sleep to keep her insulin level low for 12 hours, which helps in weight loss.

  • Water:

Whenever the actress was hungry she had a tall glass of water with lemon. This made her feel full and the intake of food was less.

  • Natural weight loss pills:

Every day she had two cups of green tea and a natural weight loss pill (Garcinia Cambogia) with breakfast, lunch, and dinner, which kept her metabolism and energy level high.
